Kaspa was born in North Carolina and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. He started thinking about a career in music around age 14. He and his best friend Rico often spent time listening to hip-hop and rap albums. Kaspa was intrigued by hearing the different melodies & how ppl formed words and rhymed, which made him want to pursue music as a career. Listening to DMX "It’s Dark & Hell Is Hot" album & Ludacris "Back for the First Time" album really empowered him to start his music career. The albums have two totally different styles. He connected with both which was motivation to make music people could listen & relate to. Kaspa started recording around 2005 after the G-Unit wave. He devoted himself fully to music after his mother passed in 2017. Looking to be a household name soon, he understands there are plenty of people in the world going through what he is going through everyday, the ups & downs, the struggle & pain, the happiness & joy. Kaspa tries to cover all lanes so that anybody listening to his music can relate to his life, and understand his story.
